There doesn't seem to be a less cheesy way to say that. I've found out the answers to a few things that have bothered me lately. I've worked through a few uncomfortable situations and seem to have come out on the sunny side of a number of problems.

I also went climbing at a gym for the first time, and it was painful and glorious and I want to do it more and get better and better at it. There was noticeable improvement in just a couple hours. There was also a two day break from the regular gym schedule due to the amount of muscle damage I had, but it was worth it. Weather permitting, I'm biking everywhere again, which helps balance out the occasional missed day. T'was funny last night, a friend in Burnaby assumed I had taken the train to the station nearest his house, not ridden in from Van. I like having my own transportation and not being dependent on anyone else to get home. It's the first time in a long while I've not had a partner to consider when making travel plans, and I find it possibly the nicest thing about being single.

Greenie gave me a marvelous scarf. It's a strange, heavily textured, mottled green knit of some sort. I'm enamored. It's fuzzy and green, like hypoallergenic mold. I shall have to finish cleaning up tomorrow and see if I can find the batteries for the camera and take a picture of it.
